Al Teatro Civico di Schio dal 4 al 14 maggio 2025 si è svolto UN-DUST, lo scambio europeo Erasmus+ che ha accolto 24 giovani dai 18 ai 26 anni provenienti da Italia, Serbia e Slovenia. Il progetto è stato realizzato con la partnership del centro culturale MAGNET (Serbia) e del teatro Glej (Slovenia), con il co-finanziamento dell’Unione Europea.
Durante l’esperienza i ragazzi e le ragazze hanno affrontato il tema della diversità nelle sue diverse sfaccettature come divario di genere, discriminazione LGBTQIA+, disabilità, cultura e identità, interrogandosi su come i luoghi culturali potrebbero diventare maggiormente accoglienti e inclusivi. Per farlo hanno creato un TOOLKIT che riassume le loro idee e proposte.
From May 4th to 14th 2025, the Youth Exchange UN-DUST took place at the Teatro Civico in Schio. This Erasmus+ project brought together 24 young people aged 18 to 26 from Italy, Serbia, and Slovenia. It was made possible thanks to the partnership with MAGNET (Serbia) and Glej Theatre (Slovenia), and co-funded by the European Union.
During the exchange, the participants explored diversity in all its forms — gender gaps, LGBTQIA+ discrimination, disability, culture, and identity. They asked themselves how cultural spaces can become more welcoming and inclusive. To answer that question, they created a TOOLKIT full of their ideas and proposals.

Perché crediamo che la cultura sia la pratica grazie alla quale immaginare e costruire un nuovo futuro.
Perché desideriamo aprirci all’Europa e avviare collaborazione con organizzazioni estere che possono nutrire la nostra visione.
Per offrire al territorio l’incontro con altre esperienze teatrali e condividere la nostra esperienza.
Perché emerge il desiderio da parte dei giovani partecipanti alle attività di incontrare gruppi di ragazzi di altre nazionalità che come loro condividono la passione per le arti performative.
What inspired us to create UN-DUST?
Because we believe culture is the way to imagine and create a new future;
Because we want to open up to Europe and start working with international organizations that can enrich our vision.
Because we believe in bringing new theatre experiences to our local community – and in sharing our own with others.
Because young people involved in our activities wanted to meet other passionate performers from different countries – and connect through their shared love for the performing arts.
